Thank you so much for selling our See’s Candy. By selling these awesome sweets, you are helping us build a playground here at SHCS.
Farmers Market will be here today after school. We will hold it in our own hallway or media center, and hopefully have a stellar turnout. Please tell your parents to park and come in to support our young entrepreneurs.
Our lost and found will be on a table at the Farmers Market. What is not claimed will be donated, so please stop by the office or Farmers Market to see if you are missing any items.
Our contractors are working outside, across the back of the school today. Please stay away from the back of the building, as the contractors are removing heavy beams. The rock masons are working on the back side of our building today also. Students may safely play outside directly in front of the school. They may also play on the blacktop area between the main building and the portable classrooms.
Please stay out of the mud today. It is only a half day of school, so if recess can be inside, or on the pavement, we would appreciate it. We do not need the mud tracked in to the school. Thank you very much.
Are you TERRIFIC? In October, we talked about the T, which stands for Trustworthiness. This month, we are discussing the E, which stands for Excellence.
Knowing your brilliance. Learn to know and develop your natural talents and creativity. What are you good at? What are you passionate about?
Monday, we will begin learning about our national Flag and flag protocol. We realized at our Veterans Day celebration, that many people, are unaware of standards of respect for our national flag, so each day, you will learn something about the history, respect and care of our national flag.
Have a great day Soldier Hollow.
